Functions in a day to day capacity to oversee the IT deliverables to the business. This individual will function in a management role that leads the IT team to resolve business initiatives. This individual will need knowledge of functional technologies may include data center, infrastructure, cloud, mobile and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. They will design and provide the leadership, facilitation, analysis and design tasks required for the development of an enterprise's technical architecture. Under minimal supervision.


Manages the day-to-day operations and all functions of personnel management of the information technology department including directing staff, who support administrative computing, networking, user services, telecommunications and other information technology functions.

Manages the helpdesk operation and establish processes to identify, track, escalate, resolve and report customer problems.

Oversees development of procedures and processes for enterprise operations.

Oversee hardware and software planning, vendor selection, acquisition, set up, integration, testing and installation.

Ensures data recovery, maintenance, data integrity and space requirements are met across a variety of platforms.

Manages and leads Disaster Recovery design, documentation, and testing.

Keeps abreast of innovations and industry trends as well as changes to internal systems and determines how they impact tools, training, and support necessary to keep systems up, running, and secure.

Facilitates in planning and managing computer operations and production support, system and database administration, network operations, PC/desktop support and customer service.

Assist with designing the governance, assurance and standards activities associated with ensuring enterprise technology architecture compliance.

Guides root cause analysis, debugging, support, and post-mortem analysis for security incidents and service interruptions

Provides in-depth technical expertise for both tactical and operational initiatives.

Lead and manage a team of technical subject matter experts and operational support staff.

Coach, mentor and collaborate with technical subject matter experts to develop technology architecture that enables and drives new business capabilities and operating models.


Minimum of three years of progressively more responsible experience participating in and leading technical project teams in relevant technologies. Minimum of ten years of technical expertise in a variety of technologies is required, including Exchange, Active Directory, VIrtualization, infrastructure and network design, application development, application programming interfaces (APIs), middleware, servers and storage, database management, and operations. An ability to manage, develop, and direct a team independently with minimal supervision. Medium Level of interpersonal and communication skills. Medium experience in a leadership role of enterprise projects required. The successful candidate must be eligible to work in the United States.
