We are offering a $1000 Sign-On bonus for this position, $500 paid on your first day of employment, $500 paid on day 90.

High school diploma/GED not required for this job. We will provide financial assistance to get your education, from GED up to a Masters' degree-up to $10,000 per year!

Starting pay rate: $19 - $22.25/hr, based on experience

We are looking for talented, motivated Industrial Painters to join the team at our manufacturing facility in Dodge Center, Minnesota.

In this job, you will:

Prime, paint and touchup vehicles with power spray equipment and brushes

Sand, wash, and condition parts as necessary

Inspect completed parts for quality and to validate component standards are met.

Minimum Qualifications are:

Six months of industrial painting experience

Able to read checklists, paint codes, safety logs, and other required documents

Able to proficiently paint in a single assigned area

Preferred Qualifications:

HS Diploma or GED

Automotive paint experience

Willingness to train in multiple areas to obtain a Painter ll level
