Zachry is currently collecting application for an experienced Industrial Construction Manager for CPChem USGC II - ISBL located in Houston until project mobilizes in 2023.


The Interface Manager - Construction is responsible for managing all aspects of the on-site portion of the project interface management plan. Building and managing effective relationships across multiple interfaces to achieve optimum performance outcomes. Identifying and managing key risks throughout project and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.


Maintain a formal line of communication with all parties on interface matters
Manages interface resolutions as required by the project schedule to support planned execution
Facilitate interface management in areas of work scope for all project phases with all parties
Liaise with other interface focal points as required to manage interfaces
Review interface agreements
Endorse interface agreements as required
Ensure timely resolution of interface issues to support planned execution
Provide input to interface management tool(Aconex) interface register
Expedite communication and coordination between affected parties on critical interface issues
Facilitate and participate in scheduled interface coordination meetings



High School Diploma

Over 10 years relevant work experience

Over 5 years of EPC industrial experience

Strong analytic skills

Strong Interpersonal communication skills

Strong Oral and Written communication skill

Ability to reason & problem solve

Strong presentation skills

Experience managing and leading work teams

Microsoft experience (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Plan and perform complex work where only general policies or procedures are available

Full and ongoing compliance with and adherence to all vaccination requirements, as may be established by the company from time to time or by or for a particular job site


Current or Former Zachry

Associates degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent for a two- or four-year college/technical school.


Employee will be required to communicate in person, via telephone, email, video chat and software systems. Position will be based from an on-site office on construction sites and industrial facilities requiring mobility (on ground and at heights) and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs/muffs, masks/respirators, safety vests, gloves and work boots.


Employee will work in multiple environments including an office, warehouse and in a trailer or building on construction sites. On construction sites noise levels will be moderate to high. Job site will contain - light to heavy equipment vehicles, small to large equipment, materials, communication equipment and tools, people standing, walking, sitting, signaling and talking, bells whistles and alarms.
