We're looking for a collaborative Assistant MEP Superintendent/Inspector for ongoing projects with our client located throughout the Dutchess County, NY area, who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. As a key member of our team, you'll be providing direction to the team regarding quality, safety, and general day to day operations. You'll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities of contractors and subcontractors involved in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades at the project site. You'll ensure that the right materials, equipment, and people are there to get the job done. Utilizing your expertise, you will be performing all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing inspection to include all reporting, providing communication to the client, and ensuring that the requirements of the project are successfully met. Here's What You'll Need: High School Diploma 3+ years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of larger scale building/infrastructure projects as it relates to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades Ability to develop and communicate a project work plan, monitor manpower and performance against the work plan, and perform a details comparison of the design drawings against each other to ensure coordination between each of the various project trades Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Must be comfortable with driving to client project sites in the Dutchess County area Shift will be 7:00am -3:30pm.
